This mango berry smoothie has just 5 ingredients. Super easy! It has a delicious tropical sweet-tart flavor and a pretty color your kids will love.
I’ve made this with Trader Joe’s frozen fruit because I find they have a great selection, reasonable prices and the quality is awesome. I added honey for sweetness, which is great because honey is super healthy, especially for children. I make smoothies quite often in the summer and I’ve decided to make one now because well….my kids just can’t wait for summer. This was a fantastic treat for them. Make sure you don’t serve this to a baby under one, or simply omit the honey.

Ingredients:
½ cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Banana
½ orange juice
1 tbsp honey for sweetness (I forgot to include it in the picture!)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Tada! You’re done!
My kids are always fascinated with the blender (we use the NutriBullet Rx and we love it). They always block their ears with their hands and make funny faces as it is working. My little volunteer allowed me to take some picture while he tastes the goodness. Yeah, he liked it!
Enjoy!
